Final pricing may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

• Event location & venue type
• Guest count & seating requirements
• Seasonal demand & booking date
• Custom décor, design & theme selection
• Entertainment preferences (DJ, artists, live performers, etc.)
• Catering requirements & third-party vendor costs
• Travel, logistics & accommodation (if applicable)
• Additional service requests or upgrades
• Taxes, processing fees & payment gateway charges
• Rush-booking or last-minute arrangements

By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges that:

• The displayed price serves only as a base rate / starting price.
• A final quotation & service agreement will be issued after consultation.
• Services are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial advance payment, as stated in the final invoice.
• Any additional requests or changes may result in revised pricing.
• All payments are non-refundable, except where legally required, and any eligible refund will be processed after review and may include deductions for completed services, resources reserved, and administrative costs.
